The lavish Pre wedding function of Anant Ambani and his fiance Radhika merchant was held in Jamnagar, Gujarat for almost 3 days, coming to an end on 3rd March with the grand Sangeet ceremony. According to the reports this wedding is almost 1900 percent higher and lavish than most of the Bollywood expensive weddings.

The Ambani family kick started the function with a charity service called Ann Seva on 28 February where the entire family including the bride served Gujarati food to almost 51000 people. Function was attended by a number of Bollywood and Hollywood stars including Grammy award winning singer Rihanna. Other people who attended the pre wedding included, Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, CEO of Meta Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Walt Disney Bob Iger, former CEO of Microsoft Bill Gates and many more. Rihanna charged around $9 million for her performance where she performed 19 songs along with her famous track , “Diamonds”.

Seeing the extravaganza and the lavishness of the functions, International status was temporarily granted to a Gujarat defence airport by the Indian government for 10 days. Almost 200 chartered planes with 50 aircrafts were witnessed landing in the airport from various foreign cities such as Dubai, Paris etc.

A special team of 21 chefs from Jordan hotel in Indore was called who prepared a variety of dishes ranging from Japanese, Thai to traditional Indian Parsi cuisine. It is even difficult to count the number of varieties of dishes that were present throughout as not a single dish was repeated.

The activity that grabbed all the limelight and became the major highlight of the pre wedding was an amazing drone show. The show paid special tribute to an elephant named Gauri, saved by Neeta Ambani and also gave a brief introduction on the one Vantara program started by Anant Ambani focusing on rescuing and caring for animals.
